As certified wastewater systems operators we continue the relationship with our clients by meeting all of you needs from conception to maintenance. Allen Environmental is a New Mexico state certified Lever 4 wastewater operator, which means we are qualified to operate wastewater systems ranging from residential home and housing developments to municipal sewage plants. We operate over 150,000 gallons a day at various wastewater treatment plants. 

Wastewater Systems

There are three types of wastewater systems - Septic, Secondary and Tertiary.

Conventional Septic systems consist os a septic tank and a leach field.

Secondary systems add a treatment unit that reduces BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and TSS (totally suspended solids).

Tertiary systems reduce the nitrogen in the final effluent water to prevent groundwater pollution.

Secondary and Tertiary systems can be treated for wastewater irrigation.
